I woke up this morning in Minneapolis, by 9am I was in Hayward coaching a workout with the most inspirational group of women, and by 1pm I was mountain biking on Seeley's fabulous Makwa trail. I arrived home exhausted at 8pm to find a shipment of my new Atomic skis had arrived. Quite a pleasant surprise! The cap on a most pleasant fall day.
